This riveting painting was originally painted on a wall in London for the 2013 Sand, Sea, and Spray Art Festival. The artist, Dale Grimshaw, is one of the most respected street artists in London. He has created an abstract phantasm by using a technique that resembles an explosion of pigments. This piece, titled “Culture Club”, merges tribal war symbols with contemporary objects and ideas. Known for his bloody palette, Grimshaw, has said that he creates art for its therapeutic virtues by expressing his darker emotions through his work.
